The two most often encountered landlord-tenant matters are summary process evictions based on holdover (expiration or breach of the lease) or based on nonpayment of rent.
Personal Injury Law
The Firm has resolved hundreds of personal injury cases, including automobile accident, premises liability (trip and fall), medical malpractice, construction accident, products liability and mass tort cases. Recent resolutions include $1.6 million settlement on behalf of client injured in construction accident.
